Mechanical Animal Ride Rentals in Austin, Kyle & Central Texas
Give children something they can actually ride around the event. Our Mechanical Animal Rides are colorful, plush ride-on animals designed for kids to sit on and move around on, creating an activity that feels very different from bounce houses, slides and conventional party games.
The collection includes fun animal designs such as dog, leopard and pig-style rides, with other colorful designs also available. Children can choose an animal, climb aboard and enjoy riding around, making these a particularly eye-catching addition to birthday parties, children's events, school functions, festivals and family celebrations.
Pick an Animal and Go for a Ride
The appeal is simple: children get their own ride-on animal and can enjoy moving around on it. The plush animal styling makes the rides part toy, part attraction, giving kids something more interactive than an attraction they simply stand and watch.
Different designs also make choosing a ride part of the fun. One child might head straight for the leopard, another might want the dog, while another chooses the pig or one of the other available characters.
Not a Pony Ride and Not a Typical Fairground Ride
Mechanical animal rides occupy their own place within an event. They are different from our ponies and petting zoos, where the emphasis is on live animals, and they are also very different from inflatable entertainment.
These are individual ride-on attractions that children can sit on and ride around. That makes them a useful choice when you want an animal-themed activity without making the entire event a petting zoo or pony event.
A Fun Choice for Children's Birthday Parties
For birthday parties and children's parties, mechanical animals can be the unusual activity that gives the celebration its own identity.
They can work particularly well for children who love animals, but the party does not have to follow a strict animal theme. You can combine the rides with a bounce house, facepainting, one of our characters & costumes or other entertainment to give guests several activities to move between.
Create an Animal-Themed Party
If animals are the theme, there are several ways to take the idea further. Mechanical Animal Rides can be combined with our ponies and petting zoos for events where live-animal entertainment is also appropriate.
You could then add face painting, concessions and children's seating to create different activity areas rather than relying on one attraction for the whole party.
Give Kids a Break From Bouncing
A large party does not need every attraction to involve jumping, climbing or sliding. Mechanical animal rides give children another way to stay entertained between turns on the larger equipment.
For example, an event could combine the rides with:
The result is a party where children can change activities throughout the event rather than repeatedly using the same attraction.
Mechanical Animal Rides at School Events
School events often need a mix of attractions because many children may be attending. Mechanical animal rides can provide a separate activity station alongside inflatables, games and face painting.
That makes them worth considering for school carnivals, reward events, family nights, fairs and other occasions where organisers want several different types of entertainment around the site.
Add Them to a Festival or Community Event
The rides can also contribute to festivals and larger community gatherings. Their colorful animal shapes help create a highly visible children's activity area while other parts of the event can focus on inflatables, games, food and entertainment for different age groups.
For much larger inflatable requirements, organisers can also explore Giant Theme Parks or Bounce Land. These provide a very different scale of attraction, allowing the mechanical rides to form one smaller activity within a broader event.
Something Different for Younger Guests
Families attending larger events often have children of very different ages. Alongside the mechanical rides, the Soft Play Toddler can provide a dedicated Soft play area for younger guests.
You can also add Children Tables and Children Chairs when you need child-sized furniture for food, cake, crafts or other seated activities.
Add Games Around the Riding Area
If the event has enough room for several activities, our party games offer another contrast to the animal rides. The Mini Golf, Nerf War Zone, Dunk Tank and Slime Tank each create a different kind of participation.
For active groups, the Game On Obstacle Course can add an inflatable competition while the animal rides provide a completely separate style of entertainment elsewhere at the event.
Characters Can Extend the Theme
Animal rides can also sit alongside KBC Kidz's extensive characters & costumes collection. This is useful when the celebration has a broader children's theme rather than being based exclusively around animals.
Characters such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Spiderman, Stitch, Mario, Sonic and many others give organisers another way to build entertainment around the children's interests.
Add a Treat Between Rides
Our concession machines can provide another activity point around the party or event. Choose the Cotton Candy Machine or Snow Cone Machine to add a familiar event treat alongside the entertainment.
For larger setups, KBC Kidz also offers tables & chairs, generators and additional event services.
